Big Brother
Experiments with Volumetric Imagery
While at ITP I had the opportunity to take a class using the DepthKit, a specialized software used to create volumetric video. We wanted to find the best way to take advantage of the software's capabilities of capturing someone's likeness from more than one angle. With this, we decided on crafting a narrative that centers on surveilling intimate moments in a person's life through small vignettes. The final product is a proposal for, Big Brother, an interactive installation that would give viewers the agency to move through and investigate the person's life.
